Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any package from Brochu Walker the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
FedEx Canada – Flat Fee $25
FedEx International – Flat Fee $50
International orders will be charged a $50 flat rate for shipping at time of purchase. All costs associated with receiving your package including but not limited to duties and taxes levied by your government will need to be paid separately once the package enters your country.
We will contact you via email to confirm your willingness to pay all associated costs upon receipt. We require an affirmative response to this email before shipping your package, and will not send your order until we hear back from you with a confirmation that you accept the charges and will pay them in full. If we do not receive your response via email within 2 business days, your order will be canceled.
We are unable to falsify the prices of our items on customs forms or mark international purchases as gifts. Any duties or taxes levied are at the whims of your country of residence and are out of our control.
