Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cannot be sent via UPS ground shipping. Please select UPS Expedited upon checkout.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any package from Brochu Walker the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. However, you will not be refunded any shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Returns
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the items must be in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return.
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer. We cannot accept any merchandise that has not been purchased from our online store.
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit if this item is currently offered on our website.
All sample sale purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Brochu Walker reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item, please make a note on Return form which style/color/size you would like us to send in exchange. Included in your order (excluding sale items) you will receive a Return Form and a pre-paid UPS Return Label. Return shipping is free of charge. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Fill out the Return Form with the reason for the return, include it in your package and use the pre-paid UPS Return Label. Drop the package at your local UPS store or schedule a free pickup at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule. When we receive your package, we will complete your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time the return is received for your account to be credited.
