There was no return slip in my package, how do I start a return?

To start a return, please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center. Once completed, a FedEx Return Label will be ready to print, you may drop the package at your local FedEx store. All orders are eligible for a return within 15 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached.

I sent in my item for a return. How long until my form of payment is reimbursed?

Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We usually accept returns within 2-3 business days of their arrival. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit or payment amount back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer or form of payment used (anywhere from 3-14 business days)

Can I make an exchange for a different color or style?

At this time we can only offer exchanges for a different size. If you would like to make an exchange for a different color or style, we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item.

My item doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center and follow the instructions. Please select the return reason, “Did Not Fit”, select exchange and choose your desired size. Once completed, a pre-paid FedEx Return Label will be ready to print, you may drop the package at your local FedEx store click to find a FedEx near you. Once FedEx scans your return, we will complete your exchange.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for another size at this time, if you would like a different color or style, please return your original items and place an new order for your desired style or color.

We currently ship internationally to: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain).

International orders will be charged a $50 flat rate for shipping at time of purchase. All duties and taxes levied by your government will need to be paid separately once the package enters your country.
