Exchanges & Returns
Brochu Walker merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt.
Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return.
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit if this item is currently offered on our website.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Brochu Walker reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center and follow the instructions. Once completed, a pre-paid UPS Return Label will be ready to print, please drop the package at your local UPS store within 5 days (click to find a UPS near you). Once we receive your return, we will complete your exchange.
If you would like to make an exchange for a different style, we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item. Please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center and follow the instructions to return your item(s). Then ship back your return and once we receive it, we will issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days transit time and 2-3 business days to accept. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3 to 14 business days).
Please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center to start a return. Return shipping is $10, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. When returning from these three locations, please contact at Care@BrochuWalker.com or call 866-703-5095 to initiate a return. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

International Exchanges & Returns
Customer pays for and arranges all international return shipping.
Brochu Walker is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agencies.
Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on all international returns. There is no restocking fee on international exchanges.
