Return Policy

 

To start a return or exchange, please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center. You may also return your items at a Brochu Walker store, in which case please provide your order number at the time of return.

Brochu Walker merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt by mail or from purchase at our Brochu Walker stores.

Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, stained or altered in any way, makeup/tanning product and fragrance transfer will deem the item as worn and will not be accepted. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return. Please be sure to tape all edges of the package to ensure the product remains in the box while in transit. Damages to returns incurred while in transit will not be accepted.

Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service by emailing care@brochuwalker.com within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We inspect returns within 2-3 business days of their arrival. Please place the packing list in the same box as your return to avoid any delays in the inspection process. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately process your reimbursement and send a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3-14 business days).

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. In-store purchases cannot be returned via mail and will only be accepted at a Brochu Walker store location. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.

Brochu Walker reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Brochu Walker is not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at Brochu Walker stores or brochuwalker.com.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.

Return label fee is $10, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. When returning from these three locations, please contact at care@brochuwalker.com or call 866-703-5095 to initiate a return. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Brochu Walker merchandise can be exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt by mail or from purchase at our Brochu Walker stores.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center and follow the instructions. Once completed, a pre-paid FedEx Return Label will be ready to print, please drop the package at your local FedEx store within 5 days (click to find a FedEx near you). Once we receive your return, we will complete your exchange.

If you would like to make an exchange for a different style, we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item. Please visit Brochu Walker - Returns Center and follow the instructions to return your item(s). Once you ship back your return and it’s received and accepted, we will issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days transit time and 2-3 business days to accept. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3 to 14 business days).

At this time, we are only able to offer a one-time, initial exchange. We are unable to offer an exchange on an item that has already been exchanged.

International Exchanges & Returns

Customer pays for and arranges all international return shipping.

Brochu Walker is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agencies.

Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on all international returns. There is no restocking fee on international exchanges.
