Exchanges & Returns

Brochu Walker merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt.

Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return. 

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit if this item is currently offered on our website.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Brochu Walker reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the Return Form included in your package. Use the pre-paid UPS Return Label and drop the package at your local UPS store (click to find a UPS near you). When we receive your package, we will complete your exchange.

It is not guaranteed that the item will be in stock at the time we receive your return, so we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item. Then ship back your return and once we receive it, we will issue you a full refund. Please allow up to 7 days transit time and 1-2 business days to accept. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3 to 14 business days).

Returns

Included in your order (excluding sale items) you will receive a Return Form and a pre-paid UPS Return Label. Return shipping is free of charge. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Fill out the Return Form with the reason for the return, include it in your package and use the pre-paid UPS Return Label. Drop the package at your local UPS store (click to find a UPS near you).

Please allow up to 7 days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We usually accept returns within 1-2 days of their arrival.  Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
