To start a return, please visit Brochu Walker -Returns Center. All orders are eligible for a return within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn and tags are attached. Online jewelry sales are eligible for a return within 7 days of receipt, while in-store purchases are final sale. All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. U.S. return label fees are $12 for the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). Please note: International returns are subject to a restocking fee. A fee of $12 USD applies to returns from Canada, $18 USD for South Korea, and $40 USD for all other international destinations. Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Please visit our Return Policy for additional details.

International orders: all sale items are final sale with no returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We usually accept returns within 2-3 business days of their arrival. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit or payment amount back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer or form of payment used (anywhere from 3-14 business days)

Yes, exchange are possible for a different color or style.

Brochu Walker merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for online or in-store purchases. Please note that exchanges are only eligible for orders shipped within the United States.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit Brochu Walker -
Returns Center and follow the instructions. Please select the return reason, “Did Not Fit”, select exchange and choose your desired size. Once completed, a pre-paid FedEx Return Label will be ready to print, you may drop the package at your local FedEx store click to find a FedEx near you. Once the original order has been returned to our warehouse, we will ship your exchange.

Exchanges are only eligible for orders shipped within the United States.

If you are returning multiple items from separate orders, you are welcome to consolidate them into one package to make the return process more convenient. Please note that a $12 return label fee will be applied for each label used, so consolidating items using a single label can help minimize return costs.

We kindly ask that you include a packing slip for each return inside the package to ensure accurate and timely processing. This helps us identify the items and associated orders once received by our returns team.

Brochu Walker is pleased to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

*FedEx 2-Day is available for a $35 Flat Fee and FedEx Overnight is available for a $50 Flat Fee.

*Some products are not available to ship by 2-day & Overnight as we cannot guarantee their processing time. Kindly note that 2-day & Overnight shipping selections are unavailable for Alaksa, Hawaii, US Territories, and International. We offer complimentary shipping for orders above the equivalent of $450 USD. Kindly note: orders placed in South Korea receive free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.

All other international orders will be charged a flat rate for shipping at time of purchase:
